1. Wave Account Information

If your college is not listed, select "Other college".

3. Upload Your Eligibility Document

Current enrollment of 9 or more credit hours/units at the time of application is required to be eligible. You will need one of the documents below to show eligibility. The document must have your name, school name, start and end dates for classes as well as the total number of units/hours you are enrolled in. Please select a document and upload it.




File must be BMP, GIF, JPG, PNG or PDF format and file size is less than 5 MB

Photo Guidelines

Applications with photos that do not adhere to guidelines will be denied.

  • The individual in the photo must be the applicant
  • Full face only, similar to a passport photo
  • No hats or sunglasses
  • Must use a plain white or off-white background only
  • A high resolution, color photograph is required

By submitting this form I understand that I may lose the use of my Disabled Reduced Fare if I misuse the card, or do not abide by the conditions of the OCTA Disabled Reduced Fare Program.

The Orange County Transportation Authority reserves the right to make final determination of eligibility for Senior Reduced Fare Identification Cards. The applications are for internal use only and will not be subject to public review. It is understood that the issuance of the Senior Citizen Identification Card is for the purpose of identification on the fixed route bus system and is not transferrable. Should an application for the Senior Reduced Fare Identification Card be denied, the applicant must submit a written appeal within 14 days of denial letter date, requesting a review and reconsideration of the application.
